Inconel X-750 Wire

Introduction

The Inconel x-750 alloy is a nickel-based superalloy reinforced by aging in the 0010010 quot;[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase. The alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of plane springs and helical springs for aircraft engines operating below 800℃ and requiring high strength and relaxation resistance. It can also be used to manufacture turbine blades and other components. Available varieties are plate, strip, bar, forging, ring, wire and pipe.

Chemical composition(%):

Note: in the table, Mn and Si are the contents of rods, forgings, ring pieces and silk materials, while the sheet, strip and pipe materials are :Mn≤0.35% and Si≤0.35%.

Inconelx-750 heat treatment process:
Solution heat treatment system of plate, strip and tube in the supply state of 980℃±15℃, air cooling. For the intermediate heat treatment system of materials and parts, the following processes can be selected for heat treatment.
Annealing :955~1010℃, water cooling.
Annealing before welding :980℃, 1h.
Stress relief annealing of welds :900℃, moisturize 2h.
Stress relief annealing :885℃±15℃, 24h, air-cooled.
